Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Personalized items
*With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels and we do not issue credit for the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, unwashed, and free from any stains with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
Any incorrect, damaged or defective item(s) must reported within 7 days of delivery.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your item.
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item. If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you can receive the refund in 7 -10 days.
US Order Returns:
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID by clicking the Start Your Refund Process below.
- Choose the products you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will be provided the address to our US Returns location in San Antonio, TX.
SW Reminder: Sunsetwild is not responsible for returns that do not reach our Returns Department in San Antonio, Texas. We highly recommend using tracking methods for your your shipment and keep all proof of postage and shipping available if needed.
Sunsetwild reserves the right to deny any refund that we feel is abusive to our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Problems With Delivery
Packages that are returned to the supplier or refused will be restocked and a credit in the form of a Gift Card. To avoid shipping problems here are few suggestions for ensuring proper delivery .
- Make sure that address imputed is correct
- Use correct street numbers
- Use correct abbreviations
- Provide correct building and/or apartment numbers
Currently we do not offer merchandise exchanges. We cannot guarantee the product purchased will be in-stock in the size and/or style desired. No worries! Just return your product(s) by mail (in accordance with our Return Policy) and repurchase the product(s) in the desired style and or size once your store credit is applied is issued.
Late and Missing Payment
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Response time is 24 hours.
